& Personalised, so please allow up to 3 weeks for production before we dispatch.

We Ship Australia Wide via Shipstation with tracking provided on all orders.

Express Shipping: $$ will only be offered as a custom add on

Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Rural and Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Change of Mind:Unfortunately, due to the customised nature of our fragrance favours, all sales are final once personalisation has begun. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalised items.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please e please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue at (info@coji.com.au)
